Our winter vacation!

Finaly Holidays!

We spent our winter vacation 2022 in North Friesland. That was the first family vacation with Junior. Barnaby loved the apartment, as did I. Ines & Don booked the same holiday apartment, that we had a few years ago.

In the living room we had several opportunities to chill casually. At night we all slept in the bedroom together. A great feeling, which I otherwise only have in the camper.

During the day we went on excursions or just on a long walk in the area. It’s a beautiful corner of Germany here, I must say.

We also visited various run-off areas. I think, Barnaby liked it a lot as he never wanted to leave there voluntarily.

A highlight was Rømø. There are two run-off areas that are really great. We have also visited others in Denmark, but this ones on Rømø are highly recommended. In Denmark, dogs are only allowed to run free in such dog forests (Hundeskov). It’s a little weird, when you are not used to it.
